Tubes 55 and 56 are lines 247-2 and 252-2 respectively and are derived from two independently constructed plasmids. These lines were used for all analyses except those in Figure 5 of Chow et al. (2008) Plant Cell 20, p101-123. Kanamycin resistant T2 seed; segregating.
