Description: YFP:RAB-A2a[N126I]. YFP(Venus) inserted at the initiation codon of a genomic fragment encompassing the Arabidopsis RAB-A2a locus carrying the N126I mutation. Tubes 53 and 54 are lines 2.5 and 1.2 respectively and are derived from two independently constructed plasmids. These lines were used for the analysis in Supplementary Figure 18 of Chow et al. (2008) Plant Cell 20, p101-123. Kanamycin resistant T2 seed; segregating.
