Description: YFP:RAB-A2a[Q71L]. YFP(Venus) inserted at the initiation codon of a genomic fragment encompassing the Arabidopsis RAB-A2a locus carrying the Q71L mutation. Tubes 50, 51 and 52 are lines 2.8, 11.7, and 2.1 respectively and are derived from two independently constructed plasmids. These lines were used for the analysis in Figure 5 of Chow et al. (2008) Plant Cell 20, p101-123. Kanamycin resistant T2 seed; segregating.
