Description: YFP:RAB-A2a[S26N]. YFP(Venus) inserted at the initiation codon of a genomic fragment encompassing the Arabidopsis RAB-A2a locus carrying the S26N mutation. Tubes 47, 48 and 49 are lines 3.6, 2.5, and 2.4 respectively and are derived from two independently constructed plasmids. These lines were used for the analysis in Figure 5 of Chow et al. (2008) Plant Cell 20, p101-123. Kanamycin resistant T2 seed; segregating.
