Description
The 328 recombinant inbred lines were derived from a cross between Col-0 (N28168) and Kil-0 (N6754) ecotypes. An individual male Kil-0 parent was crossed with an individual female Col-0 parent. The F1 hybrid was selfed and lines were generated through Single Seed Descent until F7 generation without intentional selection. Then a pool of around 15 F7 plants per line was used for genotyping.
